Walther P38 War World 2 Airsoft Guns vs Real Walther P38
Walther P38 was produced in 1939 in German but the concept has been accepted since 1938 by German Military. The first designs of Walther P38 featured a locked breech and a hidden hammer. In 1940 Walther P38 was redesign with an external hammer.
Walther P38 was the first pistol which use a double action trigger for locked breech similar to the early Walther PPK. The shooter could load a
round into the chamber, use the de-cocking lever to safely lower the hammer without firing the round, and carry the weapon loaded with the hammer down. Walther P38 ejected the fired round and reloaded a fresh round into chamber.
